I had to resort to Blogger. Why? I couldn't remember the LJ password and MySpace doesn't work from work.

Work? Oh yes, I'm at work. It closed an hour ago. Part of the joy of being a Sup is closing the building. Sadly, you can't leave until EVERYONE else leaves. And this idiot woman has been on this call for over an hour and a half. And I know, I KNOW, that we can't resolve the caller's issue and they're hosed and they should call telesales and wrap this up in 5 min and GO HOME. Meanwhile, she's still on the call. She has a Supervisor working with her, too, perpetuating the myth that they can conquer this call and solve this issue and they can't. Geez. Transfer already! Go home!

So I'm sitting here. Twiddling my thumbs since I've nothing really to DO while they're pinking around with the computer trying to get it to do what I'm sure it can't, which is do an order.

Guess I'll go ... hover some more. Ridiculous.
