RANTS
Peeve of the day: People who ask for advice and don't take it. You know who you are. You ask what you should have for dinner based on your ingredients, then go out to eat, complaining how you don't have enough money the whole time. You had an option, you chose not to use it.

Not that I'm being uppity. I do this same thing sometimes. I whine and moan and am shown the way out and don't take it cause I want to go my way. But I try to listen, try to apply what I can, and if I do ASK for advice, try to use it. But not always.

RAVES

This really cool guy named Edward who works as office manager for a lawyer, his wife. He was the best phone call of the day, and probably the week. He told me about the building, how it was designed and decorated, what kind of things his wife likes to collect, how long they'd been married, what kind of office personell they had, where they were located, and what he served to clients in the waiting room. He was full of great quotes, my favorite being: "If you clearly state your expectations, people have the ability to perform." Although I must say his, "I like to be collected. Put me on your mantle," was priceless as well. By the way, he did answer all of my lawyer questions, too. LOL
