I know. Where the HECK have I been? Well...it's not all my fault. Mostly, but not all. Blogger made some changes and it's been kind of busy around here when I come to post.

I'll try to nutshell what I can here.

First, shout out to Sal who had her baby on the 4th of August. She's a real beaut, too. Congratulations to both her and Hawk. *waves to Zoe*

Second, I did go on a round of tests and things after my first doctor visit. To sum up: I do not have breast cancer, although I do have some kind of mass that they think is merely an "adenoma" or something like that. The specialist figured he'd probably take it out during the reduction, which I obviously qualify for. So, while not seeing the same doctor I did back in April or May or whatever it was, I will be seeing a guy here in September. About a month from now, in fact. That appointment "SHOULD" give me a date for the reduction.

Third, the stomach thing appears to be lactose intolerance. Although I do get antsy at stores, it's not nearly so bad now that I've stopped eating all dairy products. And if you don't know what it's like to live in 80-plus degree weather without ice cream, you just haven't lived. Plus, everything in the store and at fast food restaurants has cheese on it. Okay, not EVERYthing, but a darn lot of things. Hamburger helper, for one. Cheese this, cheesy that, cheese sauce here. *sigh* I got some pills and that helps during cheese moments. But they're expensive little diggers, so I'm not exactly running out for cheese every day.

Okay, I think that sums up. Now, you lot can quit harping on me to post. *hee* Good to know you all are reading. Keep on bugging me. I'll get around to things.
